Friends, Facebook, and Forever Alone

23 Jan

You see their pictures building up on Person A’s Facebook account. You looked at that controversial-looking album because the album name is a foreign word which you can’t read because the album was not even named using the alphabet that you’re familiar with. Anyway, you looked at the photos and saw the happiness that Person A and Person B were portraying. Being a quasi-redneck that you think best fits your personality and socio-economic whatever, you thought about how you failed as a friend, how you failed as a Facebook friend and worst, how you failed as a social animal. Way to go. Don’t ever run and say that you’re “#ForeverAlone” like you really are.

And did I even say that you’re not even friends with them? Context clues. Mirror please.
